Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home for some time to focus on you. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

• Drills that focus on speed, agility and quickness
• Movements that incorporate ladders, cones, hurdles, jump ropes and the environment
• Bodyweight conditioning
• A workout focused on mom
WHAT TO BRING
Please be sure to bring your water and sunscreen in the warm weather.
Optional: Stroller; snacks and books/toys for the little ones can be helpful as well!
STROLLERS
The safety of you and your little ones is our biggest priority. Children must stay in strollers at all times, unless feeding or babywearing. Kids that are above stroller age may walk alongside you or scooter/bike. Feel free to bring a lawn chair or towel for older kids to hang out on at each station.
SHARING THE AREA
As we move throughout the area, be mindful of bikers, joggers, dog walkers and pedestrians. Keep to the right and pass to the left.
WEATHER
We do our very best to meet for class even on rainy days. Make sure to check your email for updates.
CANCELLATION
If we do not have anyone signed up for class by 7:30 am the day of class, we will remove the class from the roster.
If there is an emergency cancellation, class registrants will be notified through email and text/call.
If you won't be able to attend, please remember to cancel. The class will be credited back to your account.
