Body Boost

Body Boost® is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

WHAT TO BRING
Please be sure to bring water, resistance band, and a yoga mat or towel. Bands are included for monthly members or you can purchase a set for $13 (resistance band + mini band) or $9 for just the resistance band.


CANCELLATION
If we do not have anyone signed up for a 6 AM class by 9 pm the night before class, we will remove the class from the roster. For all other classes, we will cancel the hour before if no one is signed up.

If there is an emergency cancellation, class registrants will be notified through email and text/call.

If you are signed up but do not log on for a virtual class, we will send a recording for you to use within a week.
